我院住院患者抗菌药物临床应用分析

目的调查该院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况并对其使用合理性进行分析。方法 随机抽取该院住院病历2000份,并对其中使用抗菌药物的病历作统计分析。结果 该院住院患者抗菌药物平均使用率为71.6%,其中使用单一抗菌药物处方占45.3%,联合用药处方占54.7%。该医院各科室共使用抗菌药物41种,其中使用品种最多的分别为头孢菌素类、青霉素类和喹诺酮类抗生素。结论 医院抗菌药物的使用不够合理,有待进一步规范。

Analysis of clinical application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital

Objective To investigate the status of antibacterial drugs in our hospital and analyze its rationality.Methods 2000 cases histories were randomly sampled and the histories containing antibiotics were statistically analyzed.Results Average percentage of antibiotics use in the hospital was 71.6%,among which single antibiotics cases was 45.3%,combined antibiotics cases was 54.7%.Various departments of the hospital used 41 kinds of antibiotics,including most varieties used were cephalosporins,penicillins and quinolones.Conclusion Antibiotics used in the hospital is not enough rational,some corrected measures remains to be taken.
