| 摘 要： | 探讨生化检验项目组合在临床上的应用价值.从(1)生化检验项目组合的来由和现状;(2)生化检验项目组合的依据和方法内容;(3)生化检验项目组合的应用等三方面内容浅析了临床生化检验项目组合在临床上应用的重要性、迫切性和实用性.通过几年来的临床应用,效果十分明显.科学合理地、有的放矢地选择生化检验项目组合,有利于临床对各种疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断、有利于减少患者不必要的医疗费用支出、有利于提高实验室仪器设备的使用率,有利于提高医院的医疗质量.

| Abstract: | This article discusses value of implementing mix-projects of biochemistry services in hospital. (1)history and presentof mix-project of biochemical examination in clinical services; (2)basement and methods of mix-project of clinial biochemicalexamination; (3) implementing mix-project of clinical biochemical examinations. The article analyzes the impotant, impendence andpracticability of mix-project of clinical biochemical services. The hospital has progress great with implementing mix-project ofclinical biochemical examination. Implementing mix-project of clinical biochemical examination would be help for diagnosis,controlling medical cost, increasing using rate of lab equipments and improving medical quality. |
