创伤性休克患者的临床急救护理观察

目的：探讨和分析创伤性休克患者的急救护理措施和临床护理效果。方法选择本院从2012年9月-2013年8月在急诊时就治的创伤性休克的患者共有65例，通过全面性进行护理评估、患者的呼吸和体位护理和严密的病情观察护理以及全程心理护理服务，提高治疗效果，改善护患之间的关系。结果所有患者经过及时科学的急救措施和系统护理后，均健康出院，抢救的成功率为100%。结论对于创伤性休克患者，给予全面系统的急救护理，能够提高治疗的效果，提高患者及其家属的护理满意度。

Clinical nursing observation of patients with traumatic shock

Objective To explore and analyze the first aid and nursing effect of clinical nursing care of patients with traumatic shock.
