D-二聚体在急性心肌梗死中的应用

目的:探讨D-二聚体在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用价值,指导D-二聚体在急性心肌梗死疾病中的诊断和鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性分析2010年~2013年6月203例冠心病,急性心肌梗死患者D-二聚体的结果。结果:97.0%的急性心肌梗死患者D-二聚体值<0.5 ng/ml,仅有3.0%的急性心肌梗死患者D-二聚体值≥0.5 ng/ml。结论:D-二聚体值在97%的急性心肌梗死患者中<0.5 ng/ml水平,有利于在胸痛患者诊断中急性心肌梗死与D-二聚体值较高的疾病如肺栓塞及主动脉夹层的鉴别。

Application of D - dimer in Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To explore the application of value of the D -dimer in patients with acute myocardial infarction, to guide the D - dimer in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction disease. Method The results in 203 patients with acute myocardial infarction D -dimer were analyzed retrospectively from January 2010 to June 2013. Results 97.0% of patients with acute myocardial infarction D - dimer values 〈 0. 5 ng/ml, while only 3. 0% of patients with acute myocardial infarction values of D - dimer acuity I〉 0. 5 ng/ml. Conclusion D - dimer value in 97% of patients with acute myocardial infarction 〈 0. 5 ng/ml level, it is advantageous to the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction patients with chest pain and D - dimer value higher diseases such as pulmonary embolism, and the identification of aortie dissection.
