口腔医生对老年患者龋病牙髓病的认知情况问卷调查报告

目的：了解口腔医生对老年患者龋病牙髓病的认知情况，以针对性制定预防和控制老年患者龋病牙髓病的策略。方法：参照第三次全国口腔健康调查问卷修订出《口腔医生对老年患者龋病牙髓病的认知情况调查问卷》，对在国内工作的1073名口腔医生进行问卷调查。结果：口腔医生接诊老年患者时对问诊工作重视度不够，在老年患者龋病牙髓病的诊断方法上存在多样性，对国内外龋病牙髓病的治疗规范和相关指南了解程度不够，医患沟通（包括口腔卫生宣教工作和回访）意识和制度的缺失问题比较明显。结论：口腔医生对老年患者龋病牙髓病的认知参差不齐，有必要制定和推广老年患者龋病牙髓病的预防和控制规范。

Cognition of dentists on dental caries and pulpal diseases in elderly patients., a questionnaire survey

Objective： To obtain information of the cognition on dentists dental caries and pulpal diseases in the elderly patients in domestic dentists and formulate a tactics on the prevention and control of these two diseases. Methods： Data was collected from 1073 domestic dentists by questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Results.. Interrogation was not taken seriously, and ways and means of diagnosis varied. Furthermore there is a lack of understanding of the domestic and international clinical standards and related guidelines, as well as awareness and regulation of doctor-patient communica-tion, including oral hygione instraction （OHI） and follow-up. Conclusion： Not all the domestic dentists clearly under- stand the knowledge of dental caries and pulpal diseases in elderly patients, therefore clinical standards on the prevention and control of the diseases are necessary to be formulated and promoted.
