| 摘 要： | 本文综述了住院精神病患者保护性约束的现状,包括其概念、原因、约束方式、约束时间、解除约束时机、约束后护理以及保护性约束面临的主要问题,通过建立保护性约束临床路径和制定使用保护性约束的细则以及解除约束的细则,规范约束的程序,提高约束的护理质量。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the present situation of protective constraint in hospitalized psychotic patients,including concept,reason,mode,period of constraint,standard of removing constraint,nursing of constraint and potential problems.In order to standardize procedure of constraint and improve quality of nursing,this paper concludes that it is necessary to establish a clinical pathway of protective constraint and set up rules about using and removing protective constraint in detail. |
