改进养膜方联合雌激素对肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜病人子宫内膜容受性和子宫血流动力学的影响

目的:研究改进养膜方联合雌激素对肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜病人子宫内膜容受性和子宫血流动力学的影响.方法:70例肾虚血瘀型薄型子宫内膜病人随机分为联合组与对照组,每组35例.对照组给予雌激素补充治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用改进养膜方,比较2组性激素、子宫内膜血管内皮生长因子、子宫血流动力学、子宫内膜厚度与形态、妊娠结局及不良反应.结果:2组治疗3个月后雌二醇、血管内皮生长因子表达、子宫螺旋动脉阻力指数和子宫内膜厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).联合组治疗后子宫内膜形状A型和B型比例增加,C型降低,与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:改进养膜方联合雌激素可以改善子宫内膜血液供应,促进子宫内膜生长发育,改善子宫内膜容受性.

Effect of the modified Yangmo decoction combined with estrogen on endometrial receptivity and uterine hemodynamics in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type thin endometrium

Objective:To investigate the effects of the modified Yangmo decoction combined with estrogen on the endometrial receptivity and uterine hemodynamics in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type thin endometrium. Methods:Seventy patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type thin endometrium were randomly divided into the combined group and control group(35 cases each group). The control group were treated with estrogen supplement,and the combined group were additionally treated with the modified Yangmo decoction based on the control group. The levels of sex hormone and endometrial vascular endothelial growth factor,uterine hemodynamics, endometrial thickness and shape, pregnancy outcome, and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results:After 3 months of treatment,the differences of the levels of estradiol and endometrial vascular endothelial growth factor,uterine spiral artery resistance index and endometrial thickness between two groups were statistically significant(P<0. 01). The ratios of type A and type B endometrium,and ratio of type C in combined group increased and decreased after treatment,respectively (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The modified Yangmo decoction combined with estrogen can improve the endometrial blood supply,promote endometrial growth and improve endometrial receptivity.
