健脾养正消癥方加减对胃癌患者肿瘤异常蛋白及T细胞亚群的影响

目的 观察健脾养正消癥方加减对胃癌患者肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)及T细胞亚群的影响.方法 选取胃癌患者82例,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组41例.治疗组患者采用健脾养正消癥方加减口服联合全身化疗方案进行治疗;对照组患者采用单纯化疗方案进行治疗.分别比较两组患者治疗前、4个周期治疗中每2个周期治疗后的TAP及T细胞亚群水平.结果 治疗组患者治疗2个周期后的TAP水平分别与治疗前比较,均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);T细胞亚群中,治疗组患者治疗2个周期和4个周期后的CD4+/CD8+水平较治疗前无明显下降,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),而对照组患者治疗第4个周期后的CD4+/CD8+水平较治疗前有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 健脾养正消癥方加减联合全身化疗可降低与胃癌转移复发相关的TAP水平,升高与起积极免疫作用相关的CD4+/CD8+、CD4+水平,较单纯化疗可更好地降低胃癌患者的转移复发风险,改善胃癌患者的细胞免疫功能.

Effect of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng recipe on tumor abnormal protein and T cell subset in gastric cancer

Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng recipe on tumor abnormal protein (TAP) and T cell subset in patients with gastric cancer. Method 82 cases of gastric cancer patients were enrolled in the research as study group or control group, as per a random number table, with 41 cases in each. The study group was given com-bined treatment of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng recipe and systemic chemotherapy, while the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. The TAP and T cell subset before treatment, every 2 cycles during the 4-cycle treatment were compared between two groups, respectively. Result The TAP of study group in every 2 two cycles during the whole course declined significantly compared to that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);in T subset, after 2 cycles and 4 cycles, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+of study group showed no significant decrease as compared with that before treatment (P>0.05), but the ratio in control group after 4 cycles of treatment reduced significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined therapy of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng recipe and systemic chemotherapy could low-er the level of TAP, which is associated with metastasis, meanwhile, it improves the positive immune function by elevat-ing CD4+/CD8+and CD4+levels, minimizing the risk of metastasis and recurrence as compared with simple chemotherapy, and may improve the cellular immune function of gastric cancer patients.
