间歇性充气加压装置预防术后病人深静脉血栓疗效的文献分析

目的:系统评估使用间歇性充气加压装置(IPC)预防术后病人深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床疗效.方法:以间歇性充气加压装置深静脉血栓为关键词计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、国际卫生技术评估机构网络、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库,收集1990年1月1日至2015年5月10日发表的符合纳入标准的文献.按Cochrane Handbook 5.3系统评价对随机对照实验文献进行质量评价,对系统评价和卫生技术评估文献直接提取结果.结果:使用IPC预防术后病人DVT有明显的疗效,但是与使用弹力袜及药物预防DVT的效果相比较,尚缺乏统一结论;IPC联合药物预防DVT的作用比单独使用药物或者IPC的预防效果好.结论:IPC单独及联合药物预防DVT都有明显的疗效,IPC从一定程度上可作为药物预防DVT的替代疗法.

Systematic evaluation of the clinical efficacy of intermittent pneumatic compression in preventing deep vein thrombosis of postoperative patients

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of intermittent pneumatic compression( IPC) in preventing deep vein thrombosis ( DVT ) of postoperative patients. Methods:Databases including Cochrane library, PubMed, Embase, International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment( INAHTA) ,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI) ,Wanfang Data and VIP were used to collect papers which accord with the inclusive criteria published on January 1st,1990 to May 10th,2015. Papers related to randomized control trial were undertaken quality assessment by Cochrane Handbook 5. 3,and those systematic evaluation and health technology assessment ones were extracted results directly. Results:The effect of IPC on preventing DVT of postoperative patients is obvious,but there was no accordant conclusion compared with the preventing effects of elastic stocking and drugs. The effect of IPC combined with drugs on preventing DVT was better than that of single use of drugs or IPC. Conclusions:The effect of useing IPC only and using IPC combined with drugs on preventing DVT is both obvious. IPC can be used as an alternative therapy of drugs to prevent DVT to some extent.
