儿科病人细化分级护理方法探讨

在儿科住院病人医嘱护理级别的基础上,细化病人的生活护理等级标准,将生活护理等级与医嘱护理级别相结合,探讨细化分级护理的方法。由护理部制定儿科分级细化标准并实施,确定A、B、C、D4个等级标准。再根据各专科疾病特点,依据病人病情轻重、年龄、治疗项目、自理能力、活动受限程度等进一步细化,依次分为一级A、一级B、一级C,二级B、二级C、二级D,三级C、三级D等8个等级,由主管护师及其以上职称的护理人员确认病人的分级护理等级。儿科住院病人年龄较低,自理能力差,医生给出的护理级别高,通过细化儿科护理分级标准,有利于强化护理人员对护理级别的认识,从而发挥其主观能动性。

An exploratory study of detailing the Grading of Nursing Care system in pediatric nursing

To combine the grade of nursing care and fundamental care for pediatric patients according to doctor’s order,and discuss the exploration of detailing the grade of nursing care.To establish the grades of fundamental care for pediatric patients by the nursing management team:define groups of"A","B","C","D",then according to the characteristics of diseases,define the "first grade A","first grade B","first grade C","second grade B","second grade C","second grade D".The grade of fundamental care should be based on patient’s diseases,age,treatment plans,self-care activities and so on.Pediatric patients were considered to have poor self-care abilities.Detailing the Grading of Nursing Care system can strengthen the awareness of grade of nursing care.
