宫颈糜烂患者宫颈分泌物检查分析

目的　了解沙眼衣原体 (CT)、解脲支原体 (Uu)与宫颈糜烂的关系。方法　对宫颈糜烂患者 3 5 0例和健康对照者 90名的宫颈分泌物CT、Uu检测进行对照研究 ,并根据宫颈糜烂患者发病年龄及病程进行分组研究。结果　宫颈糜烂患者CT、Uu感染率明显高于对照组 ,患者年龄超过 3 0岁 ,病程超过 12个月及宫颈糜烂程度重者CT、Uu感染率明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　CT、Uu感染在宫颈糜烂发病中起到一定作用。年龄越大 ,宫颈糜烂病程越长 ,糜烂程度越重 ,CT、Uu感染率越高

Analysis of Cervical secretaol Patients with cervical erosion

Objective To investigate the relationship between Chlamydiatrachomatis ( CT ) and Ureplasma urealyticum ( Uu ) and cervical erosion.Methods 350 cases of cervical erosion were studied and 90 healthy women were selected as the control group. The comparison of different occurrence age, Disease courses and degree of cervical erosion was carried out.Results The positive rate of CT or Uu of patients with cervical erosion was significantly higher than those of the control group. The patients who were over 30, Had more than 12 months of disease course and severe cervical erosion had much higher positive rate of CT or Uu (p<0.01).Conclusions CT or Uu plays a very important role in patients with cervical erosion. The elder the women , the longer the disease course and the more sever the cervical erosion is , The higher the positive rate of CT or Uu is.
