| 摘 要： | 目的：观察国产两性霉素B对免疫功能低下患者侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）的临床疗效及安全性。方法：81例免疫功能低下合并侵袭性真菌感染患者使用普通两性霉素B，剂量为5～50mg／d，用药7～66d，平均24．5d，每位患者平均累积剂量605mg。结果：两性霉素B临床总有效率为75．7％0，真菌清除率为66．7％，不良反应发生率寒战、发热58．0％，低血钾44．4%，消化道18．5％，肾功能损害14．8％。结论：国产两性霉素B抗真菌谱较广，疗效好，但须合理用药，定期监测肝肾功能、血钾水平。

Amphotericin B for Treatment of Invasive Fungal Infections in Immunocompromised Patients |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect and side effects of conventional amphotericin B for invasive fungal infections （IFI） in immunocompromised patients. Methods： Eighty-one immunocompromised patients with IFI were given conventional amphotericin B, 5- 50mg/d for 7 to 66 days （average 24. 5 days, total average dose 605rag for each patients）. Results： Clinical efficacy rate of amphotericin B was 75. 7%, fungal elimination rate was 66. 7% ,and adverse reaction were chilis 58. 0%, hypokalemia 44. 4%, gastrointestinal symptoms 18. 5%, kidney damage 14. 8 %. Conclusion： Conventional amphotericin B is effective and less expensive in treatment of IFI, but hepatic and renal functions and electrolyte balance should be monitored. |
