| 摘 要： | 为探讨母亲妊娠高血压对其子女血压的影响,本文采用回顾性定群分析的配对研究,结果显示有妊娠高血压史的母亲,其子女血压与对照比较无显著差别。说明妊娠高血压对儿童血压无明显影响。同时发现儿童血压与其母亲的体重指数之间存在相关关系。这些结果有助于进一步研究遗传和环境因素对儿童高血压形成的作用。

| Abstract: | A retrospective cohort study was made to prove the relationship between the hypertension of mothers during pregnancy and the blood pressure of their children. The result of the survey demonstrated that the difference of BP between children of the exposed group and those of the control group was not significant. It was therefore, suggested that mothers' hypertension during pregnancy was not a risk factor for their children's hypertension. The result showed that the systolic blood Pressure of children was related to the Quetelet's Index of their mothers. These data might be conducive to the understanding of the effects of the genetic and environmental factors in the development of hypertension. |
