| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨髋臼旋转截骨术治疗髋白发育不良症的护理效果。方法采用髋臼旋转截骨术治疗髋臼发育不良10例，除做好心理和手术前后的护理外，更重要的是术后早期鼓励病人功能练习。结果 本组病例术后疼痛消失，髋臼指数减小，髋关节功能恢复正常。结论 髋臼旋转截骨术是治疗髋臼发育不良的一种良好的方法，正确的护理是成功的关键之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nuring effect of acetabuar totation osteotomy for Congential acetabular dysplasia in adults.Methods 10 cases of congential acetabular dysplasia in adults were treated with acetabular rotation osteotomy in our hospital. The patients were encouraged to begin function exercise as soon as possible after operation.Results Pain was relieved and the function of hip joint was greatly improved in all cases.Conclusion Acetabular rotation osteotomy is an effective mothed for the treatment of congential acetabular dysplasia.It is the key to give correct nursing. |
