白芷饮片超微粉碎规律的初步探索

摘    要:目的:研究白芷饮片的超微粉碎规律。方法:制备白芷细粉及超微粉Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,考察各粉末的粒径分布、润湿性、红外光谱、吸湿性。采用HPLC测定欧前胡素含量,流动相甲醇-水(70∶30),检测波长251 nm,评价不同白芷粉末的溶出度。结果:白芷细粉的粒径最大,超微粉Ⅳ粒径最小;细粉的润湿性最差,超微粉碎后吸湿性显著改善,超微粉Ⅳ的润湿性最好,接触角趋近零;5种粉末的红外光谱与吸湿性相似度极高;超微粉Ⅲ的溶出度较优。结论:与白芷细粉相比,4种超微粉的化学成分未发生改变,但粉体学性质存在差异,提示超微粉碎药材时应根据具体应用情况选择适宜粒径。
