银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析

目的 观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损和血脂、血液流变学的影响.方法 选择2010年4月-2012年3月入院治疗,且经核磁共振（MRI）或颅部CT确诊为急性脑梗死患者80例,按照随机、双盲的原则,分为试验组和对照组,每组40例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,奥扎格雷钠注射液160 mg加入生理盐水500 mL,2次/日,2周为一疗程,连续静脉滴注2个疗程;试验组在对照组基础上加服银丹心脑通软胶囊,4粒/次,3次/日,连续服用4周.观察两组疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分（NFDS）、血脂及血液流变学的变化.结果 试验组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率87.5%,两组具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后较治疗前NFDS均有改善（P〈0.05）,且治疗后治疗组NFDS改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后血脂、血液流变学与治疗前相比有统计学意义.结论 银丹心脑通软胶囊可改善神经功能,调节血脂,促进血栓溶解等疗效,可用于急性脑梗死患者的治疗.

Clinical Observation on Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the effects of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule（YXSC） for treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n=40） treated by rou- tine western treatment, and treatment group（n 40） treated by routine western treatment plus YXSC for 4 weeks. The curative effect,the degree of neural function defect score （NFDS） ,the changes of blood lipid and hemorrheology were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate was 97.5 % in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（87. 5 % ,P〈0. 05）. After treatment, NFDS were improved in two groups（P〈0.05）, and the efficacy in treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. The blood lipids,hemorrheology were improved in two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion YXSC had the good curative effect for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, which could improve nerve function, regulating blood lipid, reduce viscosity of whole blood,promote the thrombolytic efficacy.
