四逆汤及其组分配伍对心力衰竭大鼠血流动力学的影响

摘    要:目的研究四逆汤及其组分配伍对心力衰竭(HF)大鼠血流动力学的影响.方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、地高辛组、四逆汤组、附子组、附子配干姜组和附子配甘草组,采用尾静脉注射盐酸阿霉素(4 mg/kg)法建立HF大鼠模型,造模当天开始灌胃给药,连续给药12 d,然后采用导管法检测大鼠心率、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张末期压力(LVEDP)、左心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)和左心室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmin).结果与正常组比较,模型组心率、LVSP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmin均明显下降(P<0.01);与模型组比较,地高辛组、四逆汤组、附子配干姜组和附子配甘草组大鼠心率均显著增快(P<0.05或P<0.01),地高辛组、四逆汤组LVSP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmin明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),附子配干姜组LVSP和+dp/dtmax明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论附子配伍干姜、甘草后能够部分改善心衰大鼠的心功能,四逆汤全方对HF大鼠血流动力学指标的改善作用最全面.

Effect of Sini Decoction and Its Components Compatibility on Hemodynamic in Rats with Heart Failure

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Sini deeoction(SND) and its component compatibility on hemodynamic in rats with heart failure (HF). Methods Male rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, digoxin group, SND group, aconite group,aconite with dried ginger group and aconite with licorice group. HF model of rats was established by intravenous injection doxoruhicin hydrochloride (4 mg/kg). At the same time,the rats were given intragastric administration for 12 days. Then heart rate (HR),left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP),left ventrieular end - diastolic pressure(LVEDP), left ventricular pressure maximal up rate(+dp/dtmax) and left ventricular pressure drop rate(--dp/dtmin) were detected by using the Millar catheter. Results Compared with control group, HR,LVSP, +dp/dtmax and --dp/dtmin were significantly decreased in model group (P%0.01). Compared with model group, HR were obviously increased in digoxin group, SND group, aconite with dried ginger group and aconite with licorice group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The LVSP,+dp/dtmaxand--dp/dtmin were increased significantly in digoxin group and SND group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The LVSP and +dp/dt were obviously increasedin aconite with dried ginger group (P,0.05 or P〈 0.01). Conclusion Aconite with dried ginger or licorice could partly improve the cardiac function of HF. The efficacy of SND was the most comprehensive.
