栀子中2个成分的分离鉴定及不同采收期栀子样品的比较分析

摘    要:目的:分离制备栀子药材中化学成分,建立栀子中该成分HPLC含量测定法。方法:色谱条件采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(18∶82)为流动相,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长327 nm,柱温40℃。结果:从栀子药材中分离鉴定出6″-对香豆酰京尼平龙胆双糖苷(1),3,5-二-O-咖啡酰基-4-O-(3-羟基-3-甲基)戊二酰基奎宁酸(2)2个成分;这2个成分在0.118 8~1.188,0.122 8~1.228μg线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.23%,100.4%,RSD分别为2.4%,2.3%;栀子不同采收期对2种成分含量影响较大。结论:本试验结果能较好地反映栀子不同采收期成分的变化,可为栀子药材质量标准的完善提供参考。
