产科子宫切除29例临床分析

目的探讨产科子宫切除术的手术指征和术式选择。方法回顾性分析我院10年所做的产科子宫切除术病例的临床资料。结果14129例孕产妇中29例实施了产科子宫切除术，产科子宫切除率为0．205％。产科子宫切除术的指征依次为胎盘因素、宫缩乏力、子宫破裂和羊水拴塞。结论子宫切除是抢救产科重症大出血和挽救孕产妇生命的一项重要措施。降低产科子宫切除率的关键在于加强计划生育工作、重视围生期保健和加强基层医院助产人员的专业培训。

Clinical analysis of obstetrical hystenectomy

Objective To analyze the morbidity,indications and operation methods of Obsterical hysterectomy.Methods All patients who had undergone obstetrical hysterectlmg during the past ten years were analyzed retro spectively.Results There were 29 patients underwent obstetrical hysterectomy in 14129 pnegnant women.The obstetrical hysterectomy rate was 0.205%.The indications of lbstetrical hysterectomy were placental diseases,uterine dyscontractions,rupture of the uteras and amniotic pluid embogish respectively.Conclusion Hysterectormy was one of the effective and important measure to rescue the pregnant women with obstetrical hemorrhea.Improvement of family planning and perinatal care,as well as training of midwifes in countryside would decrease the obstetrical hysterectomy rate.
