急性淋巴细胞性白血病DNA含量与细胞增殖活性的临床意义

目的　探讨DNA检测对急性淋巴细胞性白血病 (ALL)诊断和治疗的临床意义。方法　应用流式细胞术检测了 35例急性淋巴细胞性白血病患者骨髓细胞DNA含量 (DI)、倍体和细胞增殖活性 (PI)。结果　ALL异倍体检出率为 5 1 4 % ( 18 35 ) ,其中亚二倍体 8例 ,超二倍体 10例 ;ALL组骨髓细胞G0 G1%高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而S %、PI值明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　DNA含量检测和倍体分析对急性淋巴细胞性白血病的诊断、治疗是很有价值的临床生物学指标 ,有助于白血病的准确、客观诊断和判断预后

The clinical significance of detecting DNA contents and proliferation activity of myeloid cells in acute lymphocytic leukemia

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of DNA detection on diagnosis and therapy in acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL). Methods The DNA index(DI)and proliferation index(PI) in aspirated myeloid cells were determinated in 35 patients with ALL by flow cytometry(FCM). Results The aberrant DNA aneuploid was found in 51 4% of the ALL patients examined(18/35), which included 8 hypodiploid and 10 hyperdiploid. In the ALL groups G0/G1% were higher than that of the control( P <0 05)whereas S% and PI were much lower than that of the control( P <0 05). Conclusion DNA detection and ploid analysis are very meaningful criteria both clinically and biologically on diagnosis and therapy of ALL. It contributes to diagnosing ALL exactly and objectively and may become the important parameters for evaluating therapeutic effect and prognosis
