| 摘 要： | 总结了９例食管贲门癌术后肺部并发症的监护措施，着重强调了手术前后护理应预防为主，防治结合、术后严密观察病情变化，确保呼吸道通畅，加强气管切开后护理，及时处理术后呼吸衰竭，是预防并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | The authors summarizes the measures for mornitoring complications of lung following operation of carcinoma of esophagus,stresses the importance of the prevention and of combined pvevention and treatment in preoperative and postoperative nursing care. The main measures for the prevention of complication is to observe patients' condition closely,assure the unobstruction of digestive tract,strenghten posttracheotomy nursing care and manage postoperative respiratory failure promptly. |
