医疗质量分析方法

Methods in Medical Care Quality Analysis

The paper explained processes and steps in medical quality analysis, introduced data characteristics, sources and potential questions in medical quality analysis, explained commonly used data analysis methods and proposed statistical principles in controlling confounding and avoiding bias in results. Through domestic and oversea real examples, the paper showed that high quality data, all-round, sensitive, specific and standardized indexes and objective methods in weight determination are key is-sues in evaluation process of medical quality. The hospital quality evaluation in our country should use advanced methods, keep to improve the methods, increase validity of results and take good effects on improving medical quality.
