| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自身免疫性肝炎模型肺组织中IL-17A和24p3的表达及其变化，为临床治疗自身免疫性肝炎提供新的实验依据。方法选用刀豆蛋白A（ConA）诱导AIH模型，通过RT-PCR检测不同时间点IL-17A及24p3 mRNA在小鼠肺组织中的表达，HE组织染色检查肺组织淋巴细胞浸润程度。结果IL-17A mRNA在AIH小鼠肺组织中有不同程度的表达，在相同时间点24p3 mRNA的表达高于IL-17A，并在12h出现最高水平表达，肺脏在8h出现炎症，72h炎症情况最为严重。结论在AIH模型小鼠肺脏中不同的时间点上出现了IL-17A和24p3的表达，两者可能在肺脏炎症的发生中发挥重要的作用。
