钢丝环扎加"8"字张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察钢丝环扎加"8"字张力带内固定对髌骨粉碎性骨折的治疗效果.方法 对2002年10月~2006年10月收治的89例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者采用钢丝环扎加"8"字张力带内固定治疗并对治疗效果进行评价.结果 89例患者术后随访10~12周,骨折全部愈合,其中2例出现内固定钢丝断裂.术后12周时对患膝功能进行评价,结果按髌骨骨折疗效临床评分标准(Bostman)进行评定,本组89例患者中优71例,良14例,可4例,优良率为95.5%.结论 治疗髌骨骨折的目的在于恢复髌骨的生理功能.钢丝环扎加"8"字张力带内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折为一种较为理想的治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects on comminuted fracture of patella with wire annular ligation plus "8"tenson bend. Methods 89 cases with comminuted fracture of patella were treated by the wire annular ligation plus"8"tenson b. Results And from October 2002 to October 2006,the curable effects were evaluated.89 cases with comminuted fracture of patella were followed-up for 10-12 weeks,all fractures were healed,and two of them were found broken wire.Clinical results were judged by the method of Bostmam at the 12th week after operation,the excellent and good rate was 95.5%. Conclusion The treatment of comminuted patella fracture is aimed at recovering physiological function of injured patella.The way is a good internal fixation of the wire annular ligation plus"8"tenson bend for the comminuted patella fracture.
