| 摘 要： | 目的了解茂名地区健康人群血清总胆红素和直接胆红素参考值水平。方法用重氮试剂法对该地区健康人群5965人作血清总胆红素和直接胆红素测定,然后按年龄性别分组进行统计学分析。结果成年男性血清总胆红素平均为(16.10±4.60)μmol/L,成年女性血清总胆红素平均为(15.00±4.70)μmol/L。结论茂名地区健康人群血清总胆红素水平与文献报道有较大差异,建议各地区实验室根据不同年龄、性别建立各自的参考范围。
