家庭访视对子宫切除术后患者康复进程的影响

目的探讨定期家庭访视对子宫切除术后患者康复进程的影响。方法采用类实验性研究方法，以便利抽样法选取120例子宫切除术后患者，分为访视组和对照组，各60例。两组患者临床护理方法相同，访视组在此基础上增加定期家庭访视。研究者分别于患者出院前、出院后3个月和出院后6个月时应用生理状况问卷和康复情况问卷对其进行测评。结果子宫切除术后部分患者存在卵巢功能减退和排泄功能紊乱症状。访视组患者术后部分生理状况明显改善，康复时间缩短。结论定期家庭访视可以提高患者自我护理知识和技能水平，从而加速其术后康复进程。

Effects Of home visit on the convalescence progress in patients with hysterectomy

Objective To evaluate the effects of home visit on post - hysterectomy women＇ s convalescence. Methods A quasi - experimental design was used in this study. A total of 120 post - hysterectomy women were conveniently selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the experimental group received regular home visit besides routine nursing care. The questionnaire on physical and convalescence status were used to assess the patients before discharge,3 months and 6 months after discharge. Results Some post - hysterectomy patients experienced constipation, dysfunction of urination and symptoms of a decline in the ovarian function. Compared with the control group, the incidence of physical symptoms was signif- icantly lower and the convalescence time was shorter in the experimental group. Conclusion Home visit can partly relieve patients＇ physical symptoms and accelerate recovery.
