经鼻腔Ho-YAG激光造孔治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后粘连复发的疗效分析

摘    要:目的评价利用Ho-YAG激光治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术粘连复发的效果.方法对12例(13只眼)泪囊鼻腔吻合术粘连复发患者进行Ho-YAG激光治疗,观察6月~3年的治疗效果.结果有10例(11只眼)泪溢消失,泪道冲洗通畅,治愈率为84.6%,1例(1只眼)泪溢减轻,泪道冲洗狭窄,有效率为7.7%,1例(1只眼)泪溢未减轻,泪道冲洗阻塞,无效率为7.7%.结论经鼻腔Ho-YAG激光造孔是治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术粘连复发的一种有效的方法,而且操作方便,患者痛苦小.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Ho-YAG laser in treatment of adherence and recurrence of post-dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods 12patients(13eyes)who undeswent Ho-YAG laser were observed during following up of 0.5-3 years. Results 10 patients(11 eyes) have no epiphora, irrigation of lacrimal passage are easy and smooth.the occurrence rate is 84.6%,1 patient(1 eye) the syptom of epiphora relieved. irrigation of lacrimal passage is constrictive. utility rate is 7.7%.1 patient(1 eye) the syptom of epiphora hasn't relieved. irrigation of lacrimal passage is emphraxis. inefficiency rate is 7.7%. Conclusion Ho-YAG laser in treatment of adherence and recurrence of post-dacryocystorhinostomy trans-nasal cavity is considered as an utility way,and the operation is convenient,the patient's distress is little.
