| 摘 要： | 目的:应用正畸牵引技术拔除压迫下牙槽神经的下颌第三磨牙,以减少术后下牙槽神经损伤.方法:对32例全景片和CT证实的下颌阻生智齿牙根压迫下牙槽神经的患者,先采用正畸牵引技术经2～11周的牵引,当牙根远离下牙槽神经后再行拔除术.结果:经正畸牵引拔牙的32例患者未发生下唇麻木.结论:应用正畸牵引拔牙技术拔除下颌阻生智齿能避免...

| Abstract: | Objective:To study orthodontic extraction for impacted lower third molar,which is compressing the inferior alveolar nerve.Methods:Thirty-two patients with impacted lower third molars,which compressed the inferior alveolar nerve,were diagnosed by panoramic and CT scans were included in the study.First,orthodontic extraction was used for two to 11 weeks.After the root apex was away from the inferior alveolar nerve,then the impacted lower third molar was removed.Results:All 32 patients had their teeth removed without numbness of the lower lip.Conclusion:Application of orthodontic extraction for impacted lower third molar compressing the inferior alveolar nerve can avoid postoperative lower lip numbness. |
