心脏骤停患者早期复苏的临床效果观察

目的:探讨积极规范的复苏技术对心脏骤停患者早期干预的有效性。方法:2009年1月至2010年12月,我院急诊科连续收治的心脏骤停患者共88例。根据心肺复苏开始时间是否超过8 min将患者分为两组:A组(49例)开始抢救的时间小于8 min;B组(39例)开始抢救的时间大于8 min。结果:A组中复苏成功17例,成功率34.69%,B组中复苏成功1例,成功率2.56%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:心脏骤停早期患者是否规范复苏,对复苏的成功率有明显的影响。

Clinical effect of early resuscitation in the patients with cardiac arrest

Objective:To discuss the early intervention effect of positive standard resuscitation techniques in patients with cardiac arrest.Methods:From January 2009 to December 2010,88 cardiac arrest patients were cardiopulmonary resuscitated in the emergency department of Jiangyou City People's Hospital.According to the beginning time of resuscitation,these patients were divided into two groups.The beginning time of resuscitation was less than eight minute in Group A(49 cases) and that of Group B(39 cases) was more than eight minute.Results:Seventeen cases were successful resuscitated in Group A,the success rate was 34.69%;however,only one case was successful resuscitated in Group B,the success rate was 2.56%.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early standard resuscitation in cardiac arrest could significantly enhance the success rate of resuscitation.
