The Study on the Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT Perfusion Imaging in Brain System Disease

The application of Multi-slice Spiral CT(MSCT) makes it possible to implement brain perfusion.As a new method to study brain blood stream dynamics,MSCT has the following merits:the wound is slight,the operation is practical and simple,the imaging time is short,the radionuclide is without use,and the picture spatial-time differentiation is high.Therefore,MSCT offers most potential inspection method to begin the quantitative investigation of brain system blood perfusion,the acute cerebral ischemia,the blood vessel permeability of the skull tumor,the tumor recurrence with the brain blood stream appraised and so on.This article makes a systematic summary on this method principle,the technical method,the brain blood supply,the clinical practice and other image study methods.
