| 摘 要： | 目的:观察奥扎格雷对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者P-选择素水平的影响。方法:选择80例ACS患者,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)40例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)40例;随机分为治疗组(标准治疗加奥扎格雷,40例)和对照组(标准治疗,40例),分别测定治疗前后患者血浆P-选择素浓度,进行统计学分析。结果:2组患者治疗前的血浆P-选择素浓度明显增高,治疗后均有下降,治疗组P-选择素下降幅度(54%)大于对照组(28%)。结论:用奥扎格雷治疗ACS患者,能显著降低血浆P-选择素的浓度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the influence of Ozagral sodium to the plasma p-selectin in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Method:The subjects included 80 patients with ACS ,in which concluded 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 40 patients with unstable angina pectoris. The patients were romdomly divided into two groups, treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40). Plasma p-selectin levels were measured before and after the treatment. Result: the plasma levels of p-selectin in the treatment group significantly reduced compared with that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: With the treatment of Ozagral sodium in patients with ACS, the plasma levels of p-selectin were remarkably inhibited. |
