摘    要:目的:观察傣痛消对高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)的影响。方法:通过酵母膏灌胃复制高尿酸血症动物模型,以"傣痛消"、别嘌呤醇干预,检测血清尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)的水平。结果:傣痛消高、中、低剂量组、别嘌醇组能显著降低小鼠血UA水平均显著低;"傣痛消"中、低剂量组、别嘌醇能明显降低小鼠血BUN浓度。结论:傣痛消对高尿酸血症小鼠具有良好的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the effect of Daitongxiao on blood uric acid and blood urea nitrogen of mice with acute hy- peruricemia. Methods:The mice were divided into model, allopurinol (positive control,40 mg/kg) ,low- , mid-, and high- dose (260 mg/kg,780 mg/kg and 2340 mg/kg) DTX groups. Except the model group, mice in other groups were administered yeast (3000 mg/kg) once a day for 7 d. Positive control group were administered allopurinol (40 mg/kg) once a day for 4 d since the 7th day. Other low- ,mid- ,and high- dose DTX groups were administered since the 4th day for 4 d. The blood uric acid and blood urea nitrogen were determined after the last administration. Results : Compared with the model group, DTX at mid - and high -dose could obviously decrease the blood uric acid level in mice (P 〈 0.01 ). So could allopurinol (P 〈 0.0l ). DTX at low - and mid -dose could obviously decrease the blood urea nitrogen level in mice (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:DTX could inhibit the in- crease of blood uric acid and blood urea nitrogen in mice with acute hyperuricemia.
