带锁髓针治疗长骨干骨折闭合及开放复位疗效观察

目的：观察长骨干骨折闭合复位应用带锁髓针固定的疗效。方法：对2002年1月至2003年10月收治的15例长骨干骨折患者，采用带锁髓针内固定治疗。结果：15例患者随访证实，愈合率100％。但开放复位延迟愈合率达20％。结论：应用带锁髓针闭合复位穿针固定长骨干骨折较切开复位创伤小，发生感染机率小，骨折愈合快，是一种最佳的治疗方法。

Therapeutic Effect of Closed and Open Reduction by Internal Fixation by Intramedullary Pin with Nodose Septum in Long Backbone Fracture

Objective:To investigate the advantages of closed reduction by internal fixation by intramedullary pin with nodose septum in treating long backbone fracture.Methods:The therapy was used to treat patients with long backbone fracture from Jan.2002 to Oct.2003.Results:A follow-up was made in them,and confirmed that the healing rate was 100%,whearas the healing rate of open reduction reached 20%.Conclusion:Closed reduction with this technique is of smaller wound,less probability of infection,quicker healing than open reduction.Thus the therapy is the best one.
