摘    要:树突状细胞(DCs)是一种具有较强可塑性的抗原递呈细胞,可通过不同的方法“程序化”DCs而达到致耐受原特性。近来有资料显示药理学调控DCs可产生强有效的调节性DCs。文章对调节性DCs研究进展及其在器官移植方面的临床应用作一综述。

Abstract:Dendritic cells (DCs) are uniquely well-equipped antigen (Ag)-presenting cells. This function of DCs, coupled with their remarkable plasticity, renders them attractive therapeutic targets for immune modulation. Recent data have demonstrated a promising role for pharmacologic treatment as a means of generating potent regulatory DCs. Herein, the evidence that the potential of regulatory DC the-rapy is considerable and that there are compelling reasons to evaluate it in the setting of organ transplantation in the near future are discussed in this paper.
