疏肝解郁、活血通络法对伴焦虑抑郁症状的冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效分析

目的观察疏肝解郁、活血通络法对伴焦虑抑郁症状的冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将我院60例伴焦虑抑郁症状的冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组予常规给予消心痛10mg，rid；拜阿司匹林100mg，qn；复方丹参滴丸10粒，tid；阿倍他乐克12．5mg，bid；辛伐他汀20mg，qd及抗焦虑抑郁药黛力新1片。qd：心绞痛发作时舌下含化硝酸甘油。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用用疏肝解郁、活血通络之中药汤剂。结果心绞痛疗效分析，治疗组总有效率为90．00％，显效率为63．33％；对照组分别为70．00％、46．67％。两组总有效率及显效率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。心电图疗效分析，治疗组总有效率为86．67％，显效率为63．33％；对照组分别为66．67％、43.33％。两组心电图疗效总有效率及显效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。焦虑抑郁症状疗效评定比较，HAMD评分结果：治疗组治疗前（32．12±6．23）分，治疗后（12．21±6．35）分，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗前（31．56±6．12）分，治疗后（19．35±5．98）分。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论联合疏肝解郁、活血通络之中药汤剂治疗，功效较单用采用西药治疗有明显提高及优越性，同时也可以减少抗抑郁、焦虑西药的用量及副作用发生，值得临床运用。

Analysis of clinical effects of liver soothing and blood promoting method in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina accompanied by anxiety and depression syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effects of liver soothing and blood promoting method in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina accompanied by anxiety and depression syndrome.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease angina accompanied by anxiety and depression syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional 10 mg of Isosorbide Dinitrate three times a day,100 mg of Bayaspirin every night,10 compound Danshen Dripping Pills three times a day,12.5 mg of Metoprolol twice a day,20 mg of Simvastatin four times a day and 1 Deanxit Tablet(one anti-anxiety depression drug) and sublingual nitroglycerin when angina attacked.The control group was given additional Decoction of Soothing Liver and Promoting Blood on the basis of the treatment group.Results Effect analysis of angina showed that the total effective rate and significantly effective rate of were 90.00% and 63.33% in the treatment group and 70.00% and 46.67% in the control group.The two groups were significantly different in the total effective rate and the significantly effective rate(P < 0 05).Effect analysis of electrocardiogram showed that the total effective rate and significantly effective rate were 86.67% and 63.33% in the treatment group and 66.67% and 43.33% in the control group.The two groups were significantly different in the total effective rate and the significantly effective rate of electrocardiogram effects(P < 0 05).HAMD scores: In the treatment group,the scores were(32.12±6.23) points before the treatment and(12.21±6.35) points after the treatment,with statistically significant difference between before and after the treatment(P < 0.05).In the control group,the scores were(31.56±6.12) points before the treatment and(19.35±5.98) points after the treatment.The two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Decoction of Soothing Liver and Promoting Blood is superior to the single administration of western medicine in the curative effects and meanwhile it can reduce the dosage of anti-depression and anxiety medicine,thereby worthy of clinical application.
