非那根、安定、鲁米那对脑电图影响的研究

摘    要:目的探讨非那根、安定、鲁米那三种药物对脑电图的影响。方法选择在我院行脑电图检查的90例患儿为研究对象,将其分为三组,分别在进行脑电图前30 min内使用非那根、安定、鲁米那,观察各组脑电图导联β节律情况。结果安定组和鲁米那组对脑电图的影响率分别为73.33%和60.0%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而非那根组对脑电图的影响率为13.33%,明显低于安定组和鲁米那组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。所有入组的患儿在用药过程中均未出现不良反应。结论非那根对脑电图的影响很小,与安定及鲁米那相比更适合用于做脑电图检查时小儿的镇静用药。在正确剂量下使用非那根是安全的。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Phenergan,Diazepam and Luminal on electroencephalogram(EEG).Methods 90 cases of children who underwent EEG in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups;Phenergan,Diazepam and Luminal were given respectively to the three groups 30 min before EEG.EEG leads β rhythm of each group was observed.Results The effect rate for EEG in Diazepam group and Luminal group were 73.33% and 60.0% respectively,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significance(P > 0.05).The effect rate for EEG in Phenergan group was 13.33%,which was lower than Diazepam group and Luminal group obviously,the differences were statistically significance(P < 0.05).Adverse reaction was not found in children of each group during the process of medication.Conclusion The effect of Phenergan on EEG is slight.Compared with Diazepam and Luminal,Phenergan is more suitable for use as sedative in children during EEG.Phenergan will be safe,when it taken in correct dose.
