| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生长激素释放肽（Ghrelin）在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测72例肺癌组织及30例肺正常组织中Ghrelin的表达，分析在不同临床病理指标下Ghrelin的表达情况。结果在肺癌组织中Ghrelin阳性率为58．33％，显著高于正常肺组织的13．33％（P〈0．05）；Ghrelin表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有相关性（P〈0．05），与性别、是否吸烟、病理分型、病理分级无关（P〉0．05）。结论肺癌组织中Ghrelin过度表达。可能对肺癌的发生发展及侵袭转移起着一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of ghrelin in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expression of ghrelin was detected in 72 lung cancerous tissues and 30 normal tissues using immunohistochemical staining method,to analyze the expression of ghrelin in the different clinicopathological parameters.Results The expression of ghrelin in lung cancerous tissues(58.33%) was significantly higher than that in lung normal tissues(13.33%)(P < 0.05),the ghrelin positive rate was 58.33% in lung cancer tissue;there was correlation between the expression of ghrelin and clinical staging,lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05),but no correlation with gender,smoking,pathological type,histological grade(P > 0.05).Conclusion Ghrelin over expression maybe related to the pathogenesis and development of lung cancer. |
