腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术围术期卵巢功能及卵巢基质血流的变化研究

目的分析腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者围术期的卵巢功能及卵巢基质血流的变化情况。方法选取2010年1月～2011年6月于本院进行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的38例患者为研究对象,将其术前、术后2、4、6个月的卵巢功能及血流动力学指标进行检测及比较。结果38例患者术前及术后2、4、6个月的血清LH、FSH、PSV水平持续升高,血清E2、卵巢基质PI、RI、S／D持续降低,而Fn则呈现先降后升的趋势,且巧克力囊肿患者的变化幅度大于单纯性囊肿患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术患者的卵巢功能及基质血流改善较快。肯定了本术式的效果及安伞忡．

Study on changes of ovarian function and stromal blood flow of laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection during peri-operation period

Objective To analyze the changes situation of ovarian function and stromal blood flow of laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection during peri-operation perios.Methods 38 case of patients who were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection were selected as research objects.The indexes of ovarian function and stromal blood flow of all patients before surgery and 2,4,6 months after surgery were detected and compared.Results The serum LH,FSH and PSV of 38 patients before surgery and 2,4,6 months after surgery increased continuously,serum E2,ovarian stromal PI,RI and S/D decreased continuously,and Fn decreased firstly and increased afterwards;the change ranges of patients with chocolate cyst were bigger than those of simple ovarian cysts,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The improvement of ovarian function and stromal blood flow of patient underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection is fast,and its effect and safety are affirmed.
