| 摘 要： | 痤疮的治疗是当今皮肤科医生所面临的难题之一,而现有的治疗方法则体现出痤疮发病机制的复杂性和致病因素的多样性。外用维A酸可作为治疗轻度痤疮的一线药物,外用维A酸合并口服抗生素可用于中度痤疮,异维A酸则用于更严重的结节性痤疮等。由于我军基层部队结构年龄的特点,从而导致痤疮发病的相对集中。如何有效降低抗生素耐药的风险,并且疗效更好、起效更快,成为目前的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Acne vulgar continues to be one of challenges to dermatologists.The available treatments reflect the complex and multi-factorial contributors to acne pathogenesis,with topical retinoid as first-line therapy for mild acne,topical retinoid in combination with anti-microbial for moderate acne,and isotretinoin for severe nodular acne.Due to the characteristics of the age of the grass-roots units of our army structure,resulting in acne incidence of relatively concentrated.How to effectively reduce the risks of antibiotic resistance and get better and faster efficacy is the direction of the current study. |
