| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对脑出血患者实施临床护理路径的效果。方法将114例脑出血患者随机分为观察组（n=57）和对照组（n=57）,观察组采用围术期临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者和家属的健康知识教育测试评分、满意度、ADL评分均高于对照组,住院时间和住院费用均少于对照组,两组各项指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脑出血患者围术期实施临床护理路径可以明显提高护理质量,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 114 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 57) and the control group(n =57).Patients in the observation group were adopted perioperative clinical nursing pathway,while patients in the control group were adopted routine nursing.Effects of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge education test scores,satisfaction of patients and ADL score in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group;hospital stays,hospital expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,all indexes of the two groups had significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve nursing quality,reduce hospital stays and hospital expenses. |
