伊班膦酸钠联合放疗治疗骨转移癌的疗效观察

目的观察伊班膦酸钠配合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疗效及毒副反应。方法96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组45例患者每4周应用伊班膦酸钠4mg加入生理盐水500mL静滴4h以上，每位患者应用4～6次，同时联合放疗200eGy／次，每周5次，DT3000～5000eGy：对照组51例单纯应用放疗。结果治疗组骨痛缓解率为88．9％，对照组为68．6％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗骨转移灶总有效率为68．9％，对照组为31．4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；KPS评分改善率治疗组为80．0％，对照组为58．8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论伊班膦酸钠联合放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移取得满意疗效，不良反应轻微，可改善预后，提高患者生存质量。

Effect observation of Ibandronate combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastases

Objective To compare the effects and toxicity of Ibandranate combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastases.Methods 90 patients with metastatic bone cancer were randomized into two groups,45 patients of the treatment group received radiotherapy: 200 cGy,5 times a week,DT 3 000-5 000 cGy,combined with 4-6 cycles of monthly intravenous Ibandronate 4 mg and 51 patients of the control group were treated with radiotherapy alone.Results The response rate of pain relief was 88.9% in the treatment group and 68.6% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The response rate of managing bone metastasis focus was 68.9% in the treatment group and 31.4% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The response rate of KPS score was 80.0% in the treatment group and 58.8% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Ibandronate combined with radiotherapy has notable clinical response and the treatment was well tolerated.It can improve the prognosis and the quality of life.
