胸腔镜术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的疗效评价

旨的探讨全胸腔镜手术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的长期疗效。方法选取我院临床诊断的早期非小细胞癌患者72例，随机分为全胸腔镜手术组和传统开胸组，术后随访2年，比较两种术式术后1、2年的患者生活质量、生存率情况。结果两种术式术后1、2年的生活质量各领域评分的横向比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两种术式术后1年的生存率均为100％，术后2年的生存率分别为97．22％、94．44％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论两组术式术后的生活质量、生存率相当。

Effect evaluation of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of early non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the long-term treatment effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of early non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 72 cases of patients diagnosed with early non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery group and the traditional thoracotomy group.All patients were followed-up for two years after surgery.The quality of life and survival rate were compared after one and two years of operation between the two operation methods.Results The differences in all areas of life quality scores had no statistical significance by horizontal comparison between the two group(P > 0.05).The survival rate were 100% in the two groups after one year of surgery,after two year of surgery the survival rate were 97.22% and 94.44% respectively in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion The quality of life and survival rate were equivalent between the two groups.
