| 摘 要： | 目的观察滋肾生肝法治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法将我院门诊480例肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征患者随机分为中药组与西药组,其中中药组240例给予自拟的中药,西药组240例接受雌孕激素周期疗法,给予谷维素、复合维生素及雌孕激素。观察两组用药前后的主要症状的改善情况,血清雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体生成激素（LH）的水平变化。结果中药组和西药组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在中医症候改善方面,中药组优于西药组（P〈0.05）;在激素水平变化方面,中药组与西药组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论滋肾生肝法在改善肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征患者症状、内分泌方面具有优势,且无任何副作用。
