地奥司明与七叶皂苷在治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全中的临床观察

目的探讨地奥司明与七叶皂苷在治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全（CVI）中的临床疗效。方法选择2008年1月～2011年12月我院血管外科收治的145例CVI患者,通过随机分组的方式获得地奥司明组和七叶皂苷组,分别为70、75例,分别就用药前、用药后第15天、第30天作为时间点给予评分并进行比较分析。结果同组比较中,用药后第15天、用药后第30天均与用药前的评分低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,用药后第30天与用药后第15天比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组比较中,在用药后第15天比较差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）;而在用药后第30天后,沉重感和腿部肿胀方面,七叶皂苷组评分显著低于地奥司明组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在疼痛和夜间小腿痉挛方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但是七叶皂苷组评分低于地奥司明组。结论七叶皂苷和地奥司明作为静脉活性药物中的天然药物,能改善CVI患者的临床症状和体征,注意地奥司明的用药不良反应。

Clinical observation of Diosimin and Aescine in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Diosimin and Aescine in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency(CVI).Methods 145 cases of CVI patients admitted to hospital with vascular surgery from January 2008 to December 2011 were selected and randomly divided into to Diosimin group(70 cases) and Aescine group(75 cases) respectively.In different time of before treatment,after treatment sections 15 d,after treatment section 30 d as a point,they were given a score and the analysis were compared.Results The comparison of the same group,after treatment section 15 d and after treatment section 30 d with the pre-treatment score was low,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05),after treatment section 30 d there were statistical differences in comparison with after treatment section 15 d(P < 0.05).Two groups,after treatment section 15 d showed no statistical difference(P > 0.05);after treatment section 30 d,the feeling of heaviness and leg swelling,Aescine group scores were significantly lower than the Diosimin group comparison of the existence of statistical differences(P < 0.05);pain and leg cramps at night,showed no statistical difference(P > 0.05),but Aescine group score was lower than Diosimin group.Conclusion Aescine and Diosimin as a natural medicine in the vein in the active drug can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of CVI,but pay attention to the adverse reaction of Diosimin.
