摘    要:预约诊疗服务是体现以患者为中心开展医疗服务的重要改革举措之一。通过开展预约诊疗服务,一方面有利于患者提前安排好就医计划,以节省其排队及候诊时间;另一方面对于医院而言,则有利于提升医院管理水平,提高工作效率和医疗质量。随着信息技术的发展,借助信息技术手段的支撑来进一步拓展预约诊疗服务内涵,提高预约诊疗服务可操作性已成为当前的发展趋势。本文结合笔者所在医院的实际情况,对当前医疗机构开展预约诊疗服务的现状及存在问题进行了深入剖析,并在这些基础上,探讨了信息化手段在优化预约诊疗服务流程中的实现途径。

Abstract:Medical appointment service is one of the important reform measures that reflects patient-centered care.On the one hand,it facilitates the patients to plan in advance and saves their waiting time;on the other hand,it improves the hospital management in the sense of efficiency and quality.With the development of information technology,it has become a trend to expand the content of medical appointment service and promote its operability.In combination with the actual situation of our hospital,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the current situation and existing problems of medical institutions in carrying out medical appointment service.Based on this,it probes informationalization in the realization of optimizing medical appointment service process.
