2型糖尿病患者预混胰岛素类似物治疗剂量与持续胰岛素输注治疗剂量的相关性研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者预混胰岛素类似物治疗剂量与前期胰岛素输注治疗剂量的关系。方法选择喀什地区第二人民医院2009年6月～2010年6月接诊的采用CSII（短期持续皮下胰岛素）输注强化治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者临床资料,根据患者出院时每日皮下注射胰岛素的次数分为两组,A组（2次）50例和B组（3次）50例,观察两组患者预混胰岛素类似物的使用剂量与CSII输注剂量的关系,比较两组之间胰岛素用量和临床指标。结果两组间临床指标、胰岛素用量比较,A组均低于B组,差异均具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;CSII剂量与预混胰岛素类似物剂量成正相关,每日2次预混胰岛素类似物剂量=13.088＋0.395×CSII治疗总量,每日3次预混胰岛素类似物剂量=32.984＋0.402×CSII治疗总量。结论预混胰岛素类似物的治疗剂量与CSII输注强化治疗剂量相关。

The correlation of dosage between premixed insulin analogues therapy and antinuous insulin infusion therapy in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the correlation of dosage between premixed insulin analogues therapy and antinuous insulin infusion therapy in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were given continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment(CSII) from June 2009 to June 2010 in the second people’s hospital of Kashi District were selected,and all patients were divided into two groups according to the times of daily subcutaneous insulin infusion,with 50 cases in group A(twice times group) and 50 cases in group B(three times group),the correlation of premixed insulin analogues and CSII therapeutic doses were observed,the clinical indicator and the dosage of insulin between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical indicator and the dosage of insulin in group A were all lower than that in group B,the differences were all statistically significant(all P < 0.05),the positive correlation was found between the premixed insulin analogues and CSII therapeutic doses.Dose of premixed insulin analogues infusion(2 times/day) = 13.088 + 0.395 × CSII total quantity,dose of premixed insulin analogues infusion(3 times/day) = 32.984 + 0.402 × CSII total quantity.Conclusion The dose of premixed insulin analogues has important relationship with the dose of short-term CSII intensive treatment.
