| 摘 要： | 目的研究青山区社区护士的心理状况，探讨青山区社区护士心理状况较好的原因及对今后工作的建议。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表对164名社区护士进行问卷调查。结果社区护士SCL-90量表的总分、总均分、阳性项目数低于国内常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等因子分均也低于国内常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论青山区社区护士的心理状况较好，能为社区居民提供较好的护理服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the psychological status of community nurses in Qingshan District.To investigate the reasons of community nurses’ good psychological status in Qingshan District and suggestions for the future work.Methods Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to conduct questionnaire survey for 164 community nurses.Results The total score,total mean score,and number of positive items of SCL-90 of community nurses were lower than the national norm,there was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);and scores of interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia and psychotic factor were also lower than the national norm,there was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion The psychological status of community nurses in Qingshan District is better,so they can provide better nursing service for community residents. |
