肺Langerhans细胞性肉芽肿的MSCT诊断价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）在诊断肺Langerhans细胞性肉芽肿的应用价值。方法回顾10例经病理证实的肺Langerhans细胞性肉芽肿的CT资料，分析病变的形态、数目、大小及分布情况。结果10例患者中2例结节、囊变并存；3例结节、磨玻璃影并存；4例囊变、网格、结节并存；1例囊变和网格并存。120个结节、126个囊变分布于上中肺野；15个结节、9个囊变位于双肺基底部。3例伴有肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大。结论肺Langerhans细胞性肉芽肿有特征性的MSCT表现，MSCT对肺Langerhans细胞性肉芽肿定性诊断有重要价值。

Value of MSCT in diagnosis of pulmonary langerhans cell granulomatosis

Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in the diagnosis of pulmonary Langerhans cell granuloma.Methods CT data of 10 patients with pathologically proven pulmonary Langerhans cell granuloma were analyzed for the shape,number,size and distribution of lesions.Results Among 10 patients,2 cases were of coexisting nodule and cystic degeneration,3 cases showed coexisting nodules and ground-glass opacities,4 cases showed coexisting cystic degeneration,grid and nodules and 1 case showed coexisting cystic degeneration and grid.There were total 120 nodules and 126 cysts in the upper lung field and total 15 nodules and 9 cystic degeneration in the bottom of both lungs.3 cases had concurrent hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes.Conclusion Pulmonary Langerhans cell granulomas has characteristic MSCT,thus MSCT has significant value in the diagnosis of pulmonary Langerhans cell granulomatosis.
