责任包干制对妇科优质护理服务试点示范病房患者生活质量及满意度的影响

目的探讨责任包干制对妇科优质护理服务试点示范病房患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法选取我院妇科优质护理服务试点示范病房患者120例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规优质护理服务,观察组结合责任包干制实施优质护理服务。比较两组患者的生活质量和满意度。结果观察组护理后的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组的患者、护士、医生对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论责任包干制有利于护士明确分工,能为患者提供更优质的服务,促进了病房护理质量的飞跃.。

Influence of responsibility contract system on quality of life and satisfaction of patients in gynecology high quality nursing service pilot demonstration ward

Objective To investigate the influence of responsibility contract system on quality of life and satisfaction of patients in gynecology high quality nursing service pilot demonstration ward.Methods 120 patients in gynaecological quality care demonstration pilot ward of our hospital were selected,and all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine high quality nursing service,the observation group was given high quality nursing service combined with responsibility contract system.The quality of life and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing’ scores of life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Nursing job satisfactions of patients,doctors,nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Responsibility contract system is helpful for nurse to clear division of labor,and it can supply high quality service to patients,promote the quality leap of ward nursing.
