老年肺癌全肺切除术围术期实施临床护理路径的效果评价

目的探讨在老年肺癌手术患者围术期实施临床护理路径的护理效果。方法将136例老年肺癌患者随机分为观察组（n=68）和对照组（n=68），观察组围术期采用临床路径护理，对照组采用常规护理，观察比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的肺癌知识教育测试评分、并发症发生率、SF-36评分、住院时间、住院费用及患者满意率均显著优于对照组，两组各项指标比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论肺癌患者围术期实施临床护理路径，可以明显提高护理质量，降低肺癌术后并发症的发生率，缩短住院时间和降低住院费用。

The effect evaluation of clinical nursing pathway in the elderly patients with lung cancer underwent lobectomy during perioperation

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the elder patients with lung cancer during perioperation.Methods 136 elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group(n = 68) and control group(n = 68).In observation group,the patients were given nursing care on the basis of perioperation clinical pathway,and the patients in control group were given routine nursing care.The effect of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The knowledge education test scores,complications,SF-36 score,hospital stays,hospital expenses and patients satisfaction of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,two groups of each index were statistically significant different(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway of patients with lung cancer during perioperation can improve nursing quality,and reduce the complication rates,hospital stays and hospital expenses.
